Truelove Enterprises Marketplace Terms.

These Terms explain how buyers, sellers, and partners may access and use the Truelove Enterprises marketplace. By creating an account or transacting on the platform, you agree to the obligations outlined below.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a Truelove Enterprises account.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

2. Marketplace Conduct

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information in all listings, quotes, and communications.
  • Do not post inventory that you are not authorized to sell or that violates export, safety, or compliance regulations.
  • Use the platform only for lawful business transactions related to maintenance, repair, and operations equipment.

3. Listings, Pricing & Availability

  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and availability.
  • Prices must include all applicable fees except freight, taxes, and optional services that will be quoted separately.
  • We may remove or edit listings that do not meet our intake, safety, or documentation standards.

4. Orders, Fulfillment & Freight

  • Buyers are responsible for verifying fit, compatibility, and installation requirements before placing an order.
  • Sellers must ship goods that match the accepted order, including condition and bundled accessories.
  • We coordinate or approve freight partners when orders are fulfilled through Truelove-managed logistics.

5. Payment & Fees

  • Sellers retain 97 percent of each transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments are issued after successful delivery confirmation or as defined in the applicable seller agreement.
  • Buyers must remit payment according to the invoiced terms. Late payments may incur fees or suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, logos, and platform content are the property of Truelove Enterprises or our licensors.
  • You grant us a limited license to use your trademarks, logos, and listing assets for marketplace promotion.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse any portion of the platform or underlying technology.

7. Disclaimers

  • The marketplace is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or error-free operation.
  • You assume all risk for selecting surplus equipment and verifying its suitability for your operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truelove Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the marketplace will not exceed the fees paid by you to us for the transaction in question.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before initiating formal dispute resolution.
  • Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes.
  • Material updates will be communicated through the platform or by email with the effective date.
  • Continued use of the marketplace after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
